Khurasan's Biglar Baygi reports of events in different neiborhoods and the number of deaths from the morgue, a theft by a woman and arrest of a prostitute. One of these reports has a margin written by Rukn al-Dawlah requesting a report on the spread of smallpox and the number of deaths.

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah probably from Khurasan, in which he explains why he had missed the postman since he had gone to the suburbs of Mashhad to oversee his properties and got stuck because of the snow. Documents related to Sakinah Khanum's claim against Afrasiyab Khan, 1915 to 1916
Regarding a claim by Sakinah Khanum, wife of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Sabzivar, against Afrasiyab Khan (Alexander), son of Comte de Monte Fort, over two white horses. She presents an affidavit and a settlement in which her daughter, Kawkab Khanum, has transferred ownership of the two horses to her along with their accessories and a carriage. Haji Riza Gari-chi (coachman) from Shiraz, son of Rustam Khan, had transferred the mentioned items to his wife, Kawkab Khanum, for her mahr of one hundred fifty tumans. Usurpation of Khanum Sardar's property
Petition by Muhammad Yusuf Khan from Harat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the Government of Khurasan and Jalal al-Sultan, who has confiscated the property of Khanum Sardar in Himmat Abad and requests money in order to return the property. Since Khanum Sardar had transferred the property to Muhammad Yusuf Khan, he is asked to provide the money. Muhammad Yusuf Khan has been informed that due to his delay in the payment, the property has been sold off by Khanum Sardar's attorney. He deems this transaction unlawful and asks for justice.
